Texas-Sized Registry to Track Sports Concussions

Researchers in Dallas plan to launch the largest — and potentially the first mandatory — statewide concussion surveillance project this winter, hoping to capture comprehensive data about suspected concussions sustained by young athletes, to drive policy decisions and medical care throughout one of the most populous and sports-crazed states in the U.S.
